3. Booking Terms

3.1 Binding nature of bookings

A booking made through this website becomes binding upon receipt of a confirmation email. The booking constitutes a contract between Duco Styles OÜ and the guest.

3.2 Cancellation policy

Cancellation and refund terms are determined by the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Each rate plan clearly states its specific cancellation conditions — for example, a free cancellation deadline or a non-refundable rate. The guest is bound by the cancellation terms of their chosen rate. Duco Styles OÜ reserves the right to charge the applicable fee in the event of late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with the booked rate plan.

Right of withdrawal excluded. Pursuant to Section 53(4)(12) of the Estonian Consumer Protection Act (tarbijakaitseseadus), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation contracts for a specific date. The guest’s rights on cancellation are governed solely by the cancellation conditions of the booked rate plan.

3.3 Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00.

• Check-out: by 12:00.

3.4 Further conditions

• Minimum age for making a booking: 18 years.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, Visa and Mastercard.

• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the guest's payment card at check-in as a security deposit.

4. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are displayed in EUR and include Estonian VAT at the applicable rate (currently 24%).

• City tax: Estonia does not currently apply a national or local tourist tax. Should such a tax be introduced, guests will be informed at the time of booking.

• Breakfast inclusion is stated per rate plan at the time of booking.

• Parking: €15 per day, paid at reception on arrival.

• Pet fee: €18 per night.

5. Intellectual Property

• All website content — including text, photographs, logos, and brand assets — belongs to ibis Styles Tallinn / Duco Styles OÜ and/or Accor SA, or has been authorised for use by them.

• The ibis Styles brand name, visual identity, and associated brand assets are used under licence from Accor SA.

• No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written authorisation from Duco Styles OÜ.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis.

• Duco Styles OÜ is not liable for errors, omissions, or temporary unavailability of the website.

• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal data they submit during the booking process.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, including in particular the Law of Obligations Act (võlaõigusseadus) and the Consumer Protection Act (tarbijakaitseseadus).

Disputes shall be submitted to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, as the court of first instance.
