At ibis Styles Tallinn, comfort comes with extras. Whether you’re here for work, play, or a little bit of both, we’ve got a range of thoughtful services to make your stay even better. From travel essentials to unexpected perks, just swing by the reception – we’ll take care of the rest.

Parking 
Our parking lot is located just around the corner from the hotel, on the right-hand side (area EP21). We offer 27 parking spaces for our guests. The parking fee is €15 per day. Please pay for parking at the reception upon arrival to avoid fines.

Luggage service
Need a hand with your bags? We’re here to help – just let us know. Available 24/7 at reception. €4 per bag.

Luggage room
Arrived early or leaving late? We’ll keep your luggage safe until you’re ready to go.

Umbrellas
Rainy day? Borrow one of ours and keep exploring in style.

Dry amenities 
Forgot something? We’ve got you. Just ask at reception for any of the following:

  • Sewing kit
  • Toothbrush + toothpaste
  • Shaving kit
  • Slippers
  • Shoe polishing kit
  • Vanity kit
  • Shower cap
  • Ear plugs

Baby cot
Traveling with your little one? We’ll set up a cozy spot for sweet dreams.

Pillow menu
Our rooms feature our favourite ibis Fibre pillows – soft yet supportive.
If you prefer something different, feel free to choose from our pillow menu. Comfort starts with the details. Choose your perfect pillow for a good night’s sleep:

  • Buckwheat pillow
  • 90% down pillow
  • Silk pillow
  • Ergonomic pillow

Pillow availability may vary. Let us know your preference, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Wake-up service
Don’t miss a thing – we’ll give you a friendly nudge right on time. Let us know in the reception if you need help with getting out of bed. 

International power adapters
No need to search – we’ve got adapters so you can stay charged.

Internal/external calls
We don’t have in-room phones, but no worries – if you need to make a call, our reception team is happy to help you connect.

Printing service
Need something printed? We’ve got it sorted – just send it our way to our email: hc1m7@accor.com

Wrinkle-free and ready to go – available on request.

Bathrobe
Wrap yourself in comfort – bathrobes are available on request. 

Grab&Go service at reception (24/7)
Feeling snacky or need a quick bite? Drop by any time – we’re always open.

Room service
Stay in and enjoy. Tasty bites delivered straight to your room. See the menu and call us for service. The fee is €10 per service. 

Laundry service

Our trusted dry cleaning partner collects and returns laundry every morning between 08:30 and 09:00. Items are usually ready within 24 hours.
